How Much is Shipping?

We offer free shipping! This is done via USPS with additional insurance to protect your jewelry. We also offer overnight shipping for $14.95.
 
Is there Sales Tax on my Order?
A 7% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Indiana. We are located in Crown Point, IN and are required to pay taxes on anything shipped within the state.

How long will it take for my Shipment to Arrive?
For most sterling silver, 14kt yellow, 14kt white gold jewelry, please allow 1-2 business days (M-Sat) for your items to ship. Custom orders take 2-5 days and platinum requires 10-12 business day.Shipping generally takes 2-5 days with our free insured shipping and 1-2 days for delivery with our overnight shipping depending where you are located and the shipping schedules in your area.

How will my Items be Shipped?
All of our jewelry is shipped via the United States Postal service with additional insurance to protect your jewelry. They will be shipped in our very popular red or green and gold jewelry box.

Do you Ship to Canada?
We ship jewelry to Canada, but there is a $15.00 charge for shipping (non-overnight) and it can take 7-10 business days to arrive after the item is shipped. Please email or call us at 1-800-348-4499 for other shipping destinations. With out-of-country orders, remember there can be large custom's costs (value added tax) to get it into your country that you will be responsible for.

Do you Ship to the UK?
We ship jewelry to the UK, but there is a $49.00 charge for shipping (non-overnight) and it can take 7-10 business days to arrive after the item is shipped. With out-of-country orders, remember there can be large custom's costs (value added tax) to get it into your country that you will be responsible for.

What is your Return Policy?
Christmas Returns Extended to January 10th or 30 Days from purchase, whichever is longer. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. This way you can be sure you made the right decision. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order; in it’s original condition, within 30 days of its shipment for a complete refund (excluding actual shipping fees and insurance fees). As an option, you can exchange your jewelry for another item. Call us toll-free at 1.800.348.4499 or contact us through our website.
What is your Warranty?
There is a 6 month warranty on all craftmenship, but please let us know if you run into any problems, as we want to make you as happy as can be with your purchase. We will work with you to make sure that you are thrilled with your jewelry.
After I contact you about my refund, how should it be shipped back?
 We recommend packing your item in a padded or "bubble-packed" box and ship via US Postal Service Registered Mail . For your security, be sure to insure the package for the full value and request a return receipt for delivery confirmation. This will make the return more "traceable."

 

Be sure to include a copy of your dated receipt with your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, your e-mail address and the order number for your item. Send it to:

Upon receipt and verification, a credit (excluding actual shipping fees & insurance fees) will be applied to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow a 30-day billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statement.

  • Items that have been resized or altered, engraved, appear to be worn or damaged in any way are non-returnable.
  • Moriarty's Gem Art will not be responsible for return shipments that have been damaged or lost.
  • Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable.
  • If you received a Free Gift with your purchase, it must be included with the jewelry you are returning. Refunds are not granted when the returned jewelry excludes the free gift.
