This beautiful crystal has a very interesting surface that is totally natural from the earth. The crystals surface was naturally etched within the earth, most likely due to a liquid that flowed through the vein where this crystal was found. The beautiful deep colors of purple and the natural stripe of orange very rare.. Not many places produce natural Ametrine (Amethyst & Citrine), and Boliva is known for its amazing natural Ametrine. These interesting etched crystals were only found in one vein so far and the have not produced and new material like this for a few years now. This beautiful mineral specimen is the best that I currently have available!
