Winners Selected: Three winners will be randomly chosen (one for each prize) and then
contacted via Phone Call/Email within 7 days after their name has been chosen for each prize.

Must pick up prize if within a 30 mile radius of Moriarty's Gem Art (126 South Main Street -
Crown Point, IN 46307). Otherwise we will ship items out. Moriarty's Gem Art will pay for any
shipping charges as well to get prize to winner.

Official Rules:

No purchase necessary. Only open to U.S. residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United
States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and family members of
Moriarty's Gem Art employees are ineligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. All
federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Limit one entry per person. Once the wish list is submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled
or modified. Entry will only be accepted in-store at Moriarty's Gem Art or by emailing your
First/Last Name, Address, Phone Number, and 3 wish list items (rings, pendants, or loose gems)
that you select from www.MoreGems.com. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries
will be accepted. Multiple entries by the same person shall result in disqualification.

Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of
Moriarty's Gem Art, which are final on all matters pertaining to the “Sweepstakes”. By entering
this “Sweepstakes”, you consent to Moriarty's Gem Art utilizing your name, city, photo and
likeness for promotional purposes. By submitting an entry, you are also consenting to receive
future promotional emails from Moriarty's Gem Art. You can opt out from receiving emails at
any time.

Winner will be randomly chosen and then contacted via phone call or email within 7 days after
their name has been chosen. The winner will be required to confirm eligibility, show proof of
identity and present a valid photo ID. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that
winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected by random draw.
If Moriarty's Gem Art cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, the prize will not be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Moriarty's Gem Art is the
final authority on all issues.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, affiliates, suppliers,
distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever
for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection
with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

Moriarty's Gem Art reserves the right to modify the “Sweepstakes” and prizes at any time. The
prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
