One 16.50 carats cabochon welo opal, white base color with broad flash of color, cut grade excellent, measuring 21 mm wide, 22 mm long, 8 mm deep. The proportions of the welo opal are as follows: total depth 38.1%. White base color is similar to the Australian opal with broad flashed of color dominated by reds. Black spot on video was something on the surface as shown in the picture.
